Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship Australia wide with Australia Post. We're on a property in a rural part of North Queensland and most other carriers won't collect from us, so AusPost it is.
All Rare Breed n Co USA orders are packed and shipped from Stephenville, Texas.
Processing time - Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. During new releases, sales and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping within the USA - We ship across the United States. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. As a general guide please allow approximately 2 - 7 business days after dispatch for standard shipping
Shipping costs - Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
What it costs
Orders under $250: Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Orders $250 and over: free.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day go out the same day. Anything after that, or on weekends and public holidays, goes out the next business day.
There's only two of us here, and on the land things come up that have to be dealt with. Every now and then your order might go out a day later than planned. We'll do everything we can to get it away quickly, and we appreciate your understanding.
Delivery times
Once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery usually takes:
- Queensland: 3-5 business days
- Interstate metro: 5-7 business days
- Regional and remote: 5-10 business days
These are Australia Post estimates rather than guarantees. Once a parcel leaves us, timing is in their hands.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. If your parcel hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it up with Australia Post.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll re-send it once postage has been paid again.
